Tasty food and excellent service. Small, cozy spot with good vibes. Went for lunch with my family. Everyone was happy with what they ordered: silver dollar pancakes, chicken fried steak and breakfast burrito. Oskar was super friendly.
Such a cute little corner breakfast spot. They're known for their sandwiches, so I would need to come back. We came for breakfast. My boyfriend got the chicken fries steak, I had some and it was very good, great taste to the sauce and it was cooked well. I order a simple breakfast eggs bacon and potatoes.. I had some of their hot pepper sauce and it was spicy!! But it was good paired with the potatoes . The service was great the girl was super nice and always checking to make sure everything was well and just in case we needed anything else. She always had our coffee cups full.
Had the OG Steak. Sat at the counter - a no frills ambiance which I'm into. Definitely was in a "locals" joint as a tourist (here for a conference) but the staff was super welcoming. Loved that the grillmaster seemed to know everyone. My server was running around everywhere but was friendly and attentive. The cheesesteak was a great sandwich. Not like a true "Philly steak" with grilled bread, but good. The grilled home fried potatoes (subbed them for the bag of chips) were excellent. Great bang for the buck.

Have seen this place but finally went in. It is a dive/greasy spoon that is great. Had lunch but everything looked great. Prices are right. Its small, tight, and a new favorite.
While visiting some family, I was recommended Franklin's as the breakfast spot to visit. I was very happy with my meal at this cute little place. Grabbed some fresh OJ, eggs, sourdough toast, fruit, and their housemade sausage. Everything was delicious, but the sausage was the star of the meal. It had tons of flavor and seasoning. I was very impressed. My server was super friendly as well. I wish I lived in CDA so I could come back.

Absolutely F*cking Amazing! All I got was a large pancake (the size of the plate) and some bacon, it's good home style food. Atmosphere is beyond lovely, watching the two cooks just laughing and singing along to the songs over the speakers, the waiter sitting down and talking to everyone with the biggest bright smile ever. Its a just a happy, bright, and best of all, great food!
